2. Open Training Hamburg / prismaLINE, prismaSOFT/SMART

This course provides theoretical and practical content for all technical applications such as service, repair, hygienic preparation and troubleshooting. This will enable you to rectify faults independently, carry out final and functional tests according to instructions, carry out any repairs and carry out hygienic reprocessing using service and repair instructions. The training consists of a product overview presentation, followed by a practical part covering all steps of repair, troubleshooting and final inspection.

Course Registration

The "Firstline Training" is aimed at technicians who have not yet been trained and/or have little experience with our devices.

1. If you are interested in this course and would like to take part, please first register or log in to the Löwenstein Academy.

2. After successful registration, you can join the course or submit a course enquiry and will be actively approved by the course tutor.
Once you have been accepted, you are firmly registered for the course and will automatically receive a confirmation email.

3. Group registrations are unfortunately not possible. Each course participant needs their own account in the Academy and must register for their desired course.
